Ncongolo Attorneys Incorporated was established in 2021in Rustenburg, North West Province. It is a law firm offering legal services. It is owned by Lebogang Ncongolo, a female youth person who is determined and passionate about the legal field, the interpretation and manifestation of justice, and educating the layman or previously disadvantaged communities about the importance of legal obligations their consequences and remedies thereto amongst other services.
Ncongolo Attorneys has in its time of existence been exposed to the challenges faced by local companies, who have misunderstood the concept of a joint venture and the legal implications of entering into contract with the excitement of securing a job opportunity, without understanding the legal obligations and contributions of such contracts. Among others is the lack of knowledge and or misunderstanding of the law, its application and the time frames of legal processes in various other areas of law by laymen. Ncongolo Attorneys have had the privilege of engaging with the Department of Mineral resources and Energy especially the department of Empowerment Transaction Assessment due to failed/misunderstood agreements and obligations by companies. We have had the opportunity to assist laymen in various other areas of law.
